Corporate Sustainability Execution

Delpha Construction has designated the Corporate Governance Office as the dedicated unit responsible for driving corporate sustainability initiatives. By convening cross-functional meetings, the company adopts a project-based approach to evaluate, plan, implement, verify, and report on its sustainability policies, frameworks, and management strategies. Progress and execution updates are regularly presented to the Board of Directors. For fiscal year 2024, the sustainability performance report was submitted to the Board on November 12, with the next annual update scheduled for November 12, 2025.

 

Identification of Stakeholders

To identify stakeholders with strong relevance to Delpha Construction, the company applies the five core principles of the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES). The process for identifying material topics is aligned with the reporting principles of the GRI Standards. By systematically identifying and managing material topics, the company further evaluates the significance of their potential impacts across economic, environmental, and human rights dimensions. These insights serve as a strategic foundation for shaping Delpha Construction’s sustainability initiatives. The company’s key stakeholders include:

 

Survey and Topic Summary

In 2024, Delpha Construction distributed a questionnaire survey, gathering 205 responses from the five primary stakeholder groups. The Sustainability Development Team assessed the level of stakeholder concern for each topic, incorporating insights from company management regarding the impact of these issues. This comprehensive evaluation led to the identification of 10 material topics: Integrity Management, Legal Compliance, Risk and Crisis Management, information security and customer privacy, operational performance, construction quality and safety, occupational health and safety, Labor Rights and Handling of Occupational Safety Incidents, customer relationship management, and Green Buildings and Materials.
