Site Location The redevelopment site is located on the southwest portion of a fragmented block in Da’an District, Taipei City. The block is bounded by Section 1 of Fuxing South Road (west), Section 3 of Zhongxiao East Road (north), Antong Street (east), and Lane 126 of Fuxing South Road (south). Planning Coverage Covers 19 land parcels, including Parcel No. 121-4 in Subsection 1 of the Huaisheng Section. Designation Officially designated as an urban renewal unit by Taipei City Government on November 7, 2008, with portions overlapping the “Da’an-1 Civic Boulevard Axis (Xinsheng Section) Renewal Area” announced on December 10, 2018.
