Delpha Construction Marks Two Consecutive Years of Participation in the ASUS Recycling Computer Program
Delpha Construction continues to embed environmental sustainability and social responsibility into its corporate initiatives. Building on the success of its digital inclusion efforts in the prior year, the Company completed its second participation in the ASUS Recycling Computer Program on April 26, 2024, donating reusable IT equipment. Through professional refurbishment processes, the usable life of the equipment was extended, effectively reducing the environmental impact of electronic waste.
A total of 33 pieces of IT equipment—including LCD monitors, laptops, desktop computers, and related devices—were donated in this round. Based on recycling records and environmental impact assessments, the refurbished equipment is estimated to reduce approximately 0.902 metric tons of CO₂ emissions, an environmental benefit equivalent to saving around 75 trees. These results clearly demonstrate Delpha Construction’s measurable progress in carbon reduction.
Previously, on October 25, 2023, the Company completed its first donation under the same program, contributing 52 units of IT equipment. Through phased and ongoing donations, Delpha Construction has progressively institutionalized digital resource circulation and incorporated it into its annual sustainability and public welfare roadmap, generating environmental benefits that are both measurable and traceable.
IT equipment is not only essential to business operations; through refurbishment and donation, it can also serve as a powerful catalyst for environmental protection and digital inclusion. By participating in the ASUS Recycling Computer Program for two consecutive years, Delpha Construction effectively integrates environmental carbon reduction efforts with social digital inclusion initiatives, translating ESG commitments into long-term, practical action and delivering tangible outcomes that meet societal expectations.
