Delpha Construction has been honored with the Bronze Award in the Real Estate and Construction Industry Category at the 18th Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA) 2025. This marks the third consecutive year the Company has received recognition for its sustainability achievements. Notably, this year also marks Delpha’s first entry into Category I—the highest evaluation group for sustainability reports—where the Company distinguished itself through its excellence in governance and transparency, earning strong recognition from external professional institutions.

Delpha Construction has long demonstrated a firm commitment to ESG governance.  A Sustainability Development Task Force has been established as a cross-functional body responsible for planning and executing initiatives in climate risk management, energy and carbon reduction, employee engagement, and sustainable supply chain practices. The Task Force reports annually to the Board of Directors, ensuring that sustainability priorities are fully integrated into the Company’s corporate governance and strategic decision-making framework.

Amid rapidly evolving sustainability regulations and market expectations, Delpha continues to strengthen its corporate governance system—enhancing information disclosure quality, deepening board capabilities, reinforcing risk management mechanisms, and advancing ethical business practices and stakeholder engagement processes. Achieving an award upon its first participation in Category I highlights Delpha’s leadership maturity in governance structure, data integrity, and ESG performance management, positioning the Company among the top performers in Taiwan’s real estate and construction sector.
